We have USPS First Class Shipping and Priority Shipping. 360 BROWS LLC is not responsible for lost parcels and any delays that are out of our control.
Shipping Rate: $6.00 - 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are given as an indication and are dependent on the carriers.
Do you offer local pick-up?
We do currently offer local pick-up from our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via email. Sometimes this can end up in your junk mail so please check there if you don't see it in your inbox.
I am having problems tracking my order?
Carriers generally take 1 to 2 business days to register your updated shipment status. If your tracking number still isn’t working, please reach out to 360 Brows support team at 360browsllc@gmail.com
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email 360browsllc@gmail.com as soon as possible with your full name, email address, and order number. Please note, that we are only able to cancel an order if it hasn’t been fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, returns are not possible at this moment. Being a company that values quality, our mission is to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, we no longer accept returns from the US.
