What is the shelf life on your products?

We are committed to fresh, small-batch production. The shelf life for our serum is 2-years from the Manufacturing date. We encourage our customers to use the Nourishing Brow Growth Serum® once received, ideally within a 12-month period to maximize results. Stockpiling is not recommended. Keep unused products in your refrigerator or store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not freeze the serums.

What if I have an allergic reaction to your products?

We always advise our customers to carry out a patch test prior to any treatment however, allergies can develop at any time. This means even though your patch test came back negative, you could have developed a reaction between the time of the patch test and the time of the treatment.

In the event you do have an allergic reaction, we advise applying a cold compress to the affected area. If the reaction does not get better or worsens, you should seek medical advice. 

Are your products cruelty-free?

If you are in the market for cruelty-free beauty and skincare products, you’ve come to the right place! We have not (and never will) conducted animal testing to validate the safety of our products and ingredients.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We do our best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. All orders placed Monday through Friday get processed within 48 hours. For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS or 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express.

When will I see results?

Founder and CEO, Carlette Sewell got her first unsolicited compliment on her groomed brows after a few short weeks of using the Nourishing Brow Growth Serum®. Not everyone will respond the same way — results vary from individual to individual depending on gender, age, genetic predisposition, and countless environmental factors.

The Nourishing Brow Growth Serum can generate changes within weeks. Brows may feel more luxurious and healthy. Within a month, overall changes may be noticeable, including length, width, and density.

Stay the course! The best practice is to massage the product in the areas where hair is sparse two times per day (morning and night). Certain spots can be problematic and may take six months or longer to look better — and may sometimes never see growth if the follicle is damaged beyond repair.

Timing is different for everyone. Your brows grow in stages. For lashes and brows, the cycle lasts 3-4 months.
